Spye park cottage has a beautiful outdoor undercover space in a large mature garden, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable living dining area, 3 double bedrooms, roll top bath and huge wall in shower and parking for 4 cars just minutes from historic Bath and other Cotswold villages. The space Down stairs is a large entrance hall with down stairs WC, kitchen with cooker, hot water tap, dishwasher and washing machine and fridge freezer stocked with all cooking equipment you would need. There is a large living dining room, and a separate snug area. Upstairs are 3 double bedrooms and bathroom with roll top bath and walk in shower. Outside offers a large undercover entertaining area with a hot tub, cold dip,comfortable chairs and dining table in a private enclosed garden, there is a deep pond so the property is NOT suitable for children under 10! The property has passing traffic and road noise can be heard during peak hours, outside of these and at weekends it is much reduced. There is parking for 4 cars on the driveway, excellent access into Bath/Bristol and historc surrounding villages. Guest access You have access to the whole property, next door is a shepherds hut which is rented out separately. Other things to note The property has a large deep pond in the garden that is not fenced, for this reason we do not allow bookings for children under 10 years old. There is a B road that runs alongside the property which has regular passing traffic during peak hours.
