Converted in 2017 because my son was threatening to come home from university.... he changed his mind so now the self contained accommodation is available for you to enjoy in our beautiful village of Ickwell. For LONG TERM PLEASE REQUEST and we can adjust pricing and availability to suit.:) The space Comprises Bedroom, Lounge, Shower Room/Toilet and Separate Mini Kitchen with Fridge, Microwave, Toaster, Sink and Utensils. Own Parking for standard Vehicles NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES .... Independent Front Door. Ideal as long term 👌 work accomodation. Guest access Daily bus service at 50 Metres to Biggleswade & Bedford. Dedicated parking directly outside the accomodation is available for normal size vehicles.... not trucks/caravans.
