Camper/RV in Bonney Lake

Bonney Lake, WA. Cozy, modern 5th wheel trailer, insulated for 4 seasons with a HOT TUB. The patio sits in a quiet, rural neighborhood surrounded by cedar and pine trees.  Movie theaters, grocery stores, & modern conveniences are only minutes away. Mt. Rainier National Park, ocean beaches & Seattle are less than 1 hr drive. Beautiful Lake Tapps Recreational area, boat launch and playground are less than 8 min away.  A relaxing place to stay while enjoying the Seattle area. 1 dog allowed-no cats. The space This newer RV comes with a private bedroom, spacious shower and bathroom, a full sized reclining couch, big screen TV, electric fireplace, microwave, and gas stove. The living room area expands in a 10 foot slide out and has a large table that can be removed for additional space and access to the 4 leather recliners. Outside patio, summer fire pit and hot tub are available for relaxing.  There is a community park and play ground less than a block away. Sorry - ADULTS ONLY IN THE HOT TUB!!! I provide a kiddie pool for children to enjoy on the patio grass during summer months (upon request). The unit can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children with an upper loft area located in the living room and an addition sleeping space on the couch. One well mannered, house broken canine is welcome in the RV, but on leash only in the neighborhood, please. (No Cats) Guest access Guest will enjoy the outdoor patio area which includes a small gas barbecue, fire pit (summer only) and sitting area. There is a small grass area near the RV or you can enjoy the large playground and community park less than a block away. Other things to note This property is a work in progress. You may see me outside building fence, landscaping or doing some other home repairs. Please only use GUEST PARKING spaces and do not block the driveway because of deliveries. Enjoy the outdoor spaces here! There is a very nice public park less than a block away with a play field, covered picnic area and playground.
