The other two bedrooms are equally cozy, offering one twin over full bunk bed and one twin bunk bed with and ample storage space. Second floor- 2 ocean front bedrooms with King beds, one twin bunk bed bedroom and a full bath with tub/shower combo. Open the sliding doors to step onto your private patio with direct beach access. Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Capitola by the Sea just a 15 minute drive. Depending on the time of year you are visiting please be aware there is no guaranteed parking, the summer can be very busy and day visitors will park on Beach Drive and leave when the sun goes down. Whether you’re surfing, sunbathing, or simply relaxing, this home offers an idyllic setting to experience the best of the California coast. Street parking only, not guaranteed - only an issue throughout the summer. Other things to note Pets welcome- 50 lb max, pet fee and agreement. Fri-Fri reservations from June to August. Check in and out through the Cheshire Rio Realty office. Open 9-5 Monday through Saturday and 10-4 on Sundays. After hours check in available. Please notify the office if you plan on arriving after hours. Starter pack of paper products supplied; toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and pods, sponge, and cleaning supplies. Tenant is responsible for anything more needed, plenty for a week stay. Santa Cruz county does not permit single use toiletries, we do provide individually wrapped soaps for the bathrooms. KEYS: No keys will be issued to anyone under the age of 21 NO FIREWORKS: Fireworks are illegal and use of them will result in eviction from property and forfeiture of your deposit ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING; if you must smoke, please do so outside with the doors and windows closed. Smoking in the properties, or evidence of smoke in the properties will result in forfeiture of your deposit. WIFI, CABLE, PGE RECEPTION IS NOT GUARANTEED BY CHESHIRE RIO REALTY. Refunds are not normally given if these services are interrupted during your stay by the service provider. ITEMS THAT MAY RESULT IN AN EXTRA CHARGE: If you are staying for an extended period, longer than 10 days. You will be charged an additional maid service to come in and exchange the linens and clean bathrooms/kitchen. The price is dependent of the length of stay and size of the unit. • Lost or missing keys: Could be charged for a full rekey of the property • Lost parking/gate passes or remotes: 150.00 each • Overcrowding or excessive noise: Forfeiture of deposit • Stains on carpet or furniture • Furniture not put back in the original position • Lost or missing TV or AV remotes / Fire Place Remote ($200) • Broken screens, windows, furniture etc. Repair or replacement cost • Excessive trash: $35-$100, depending on amount • Late departures without approval: $25.00 per 15min intervals. • Excessive sand left in property $35.00 per housekeeper • Property left excessively dirty $35.00 per housekeeper • Excessive pet hair left in property • Pet waste not disposed of properly
