Warmly welcome to rent a well-equipped villa overlooking Östhammarsfjärden. The house is within walking distance (5 minutes) to shops, swimming and bus to Uppsala, Stockholm, Öregrund. Close to the mills in Uppland. The house is fully furnished and has, among other things, TV, washing machine in the basement and fully-equipped kitchen (no dishwasher). New fully tiled bathroom. Please bring your own sheets and towels. Cleaning is done by the tenant. Cost for electricity is added, SEK 200/day during the period October-March. Maximum of two adults for the specified rent.
