Fantastic house with lovely views over fields, walking distance to a lakeside pub & a fantastic Thai. With 4 double bedrooms, large kitchen with air fryer & spacious lounge with modern seating for group dining. 2 single beds, plus sofa bed also available. The multiple bi fold doors lead out to the garden, with a slide & teepee for kids, 3 smart TVs, 1 with built in DVD player & a selection of films. The home has Wi-Fi & parking. A wonderful place to relax or explore. Work or group stays The space Fabulous, modern and sociable house with 4 double bedrooms, a large family bathroom plus two en suite shower rooms. Fantastic new bench seating dining space for 14. Modern and perfect for large groups (see photo). Outside sofa and dining space Open plan living & dining rooms, with a modern kitchen which is fully stocked with cutlery, plates, cooking utensils and two sinks. Bi fold doors off all rooms lead in to a fabulous garden. Fantastic outside space and amazing views with BBQ for your use. Deers often seen in the field behind the house. Good reliable wifi for Netflix etc, but our other identical Airbnb has top speed fibre incase you want to hold business meetings then that house is a great choice. This property has standard wifi. Hand towels and all bedding provided. Separate utility room with washing machine and an extra fridge freezer. Deep cleaned and disinfected between stays - and cleaning products provided. The house features a double sofa bed in the lounge, and an additional single bed in one of the double bedrooms (this is the single bed listed). Final bed if needed is a roll out single bed. Max sleeps 12 adults plus 1 infant. We provide a 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs. Base price for 8 ppl. We do not take bookings for large parties or events with loud outside noise due to adjacent neighbours, but welcome gatherings and dinner parties. Please note, carbon monoxide detector not applicable as property has no gas, it is electric and ground source heated with full house under floor heating. Off road parking for up to 8 cars. Public footpath across fields for country walks. Small slide provided for children. Great location near to many amenities.
