Other things to note In a room with windows, adjacent to the bedrooms but accessed from the porch, there are: a large utility sink with cleaning supplies, a top-loading washing machine and a water tank with a pump, which ensures the water supply even if the main supply is shut off. The heat pump for heating, the storage batteries and the inverter for the photovoltaic system are all in the same room.
