The bedding consists of 1 king-size bed, 4 single beds, and 2 futon sets, accommodating up to 8 people. It is also recommended for three-generation family trips and group trips with friends. You can use the entire building, including the self-catering kitchen, bathroom, and toilet, without any concerns, as it is reserved for only one group. Within walking distance of the West Exit of Koga Station, we can also provide two private parking spaces 80 meters from the house. It is convenient for strolling around Koga, which retains the atmosphere of a castle town, and as a base for sightseeing in Ibaraki, Tochigi, Saitama, and Gunma. During your stay, you will have access to the spaces in the building that are designated for guests, including the 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, washroom/changing room, and toilet. However, you will not have access to the locked linen storage room and the storage room for management use. Parking is available for 1 car only in the designated space we will show you. * Areas beyond the boundaries of the Sekkatei property are not included in the area of use. Please do not enter the private driveway of the adjacent residential property, the daycare center, or any surrounding private property. Other things to note [Guest information and identity verification] According to Japanese law, we ask that you register the names, addresses, occupations, and contact information of all guests in the guest list.The required information and how to submit it will be provided after booking. Foreign nationals who do not have a home address in Japan must register their nationality and passport number, and present and submit copies of the passports of all guests.Even if you have a home address in Japan, you may be asked to provide identification documents as needed. The surrounding roads are school routes. Also, please pay close attention to one-way streets and restrictions during school hours. The road adjacent to the building is paved with stones, so it may be difficult to move luggage with wheels, such as a carry-on bag.You may also hear the sound of vehicles passing by.Please make a reservation with an understanding of the characteristics of the building and the surrounding environment.
