Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Proximity to several golf courses, lakes with good fishing and close to mushroom/berry forests around the corner! A car is needed to get to and from the cottage. The property is located in a summer cottage area. You can borrow a canoe and a rowboat, but it's very shallow, so you have to wade out a bit into the water. The lake is called Södra Hyn Karlstad 21 km Kil 7.5 km Forshaga 7.1 km The space • A cottage with one bedroom and all amenities such as a bathroom, kitchen & living room with a sofa bed. • A small cabin with a pull-out bed for two people. Guest access Use the entire space, but please leave it in the same condition as you found it. Cleaning is something the guest does, otherwise a fee of SEK 1,000 will be charged. All necessary equipment is in the bathroom. Other things to note No bed linens are included. Cleaning is not included in the fee; SEK 1,000 is added and booked before arrival. NOTE: It is important to book before arrival!
