Our cozy cottage with separate rooms is located in Pitsunda (the area is called Ptitsefabrika), the distance to the sea is 1 km, the beach is next to the Samshitovaya Roshcha boarding house! A large shared summer kitchen with everything you need for cooking and storing food. The rooms are 3-bed with separate amenities, air conditioning, and we provide a folding bed for the 4th person! The nearest cafes and shops are 10-15 minutes away. Free parking is available on the premises. A playground! We organize individual excursions!
