On some dates, not all apartments are available for rent. Outdoor up to 150 people Overnight guests can make free use of all the facilities in the garden. Extra costs are incurred when guests of guests come. Other costs such as gas, coal, wood, dishes, glasses, etc. are billed according to the number of guests and consumption. Indoor Costs will be incurred in any case. In detail, this must be discussed and calculated with your concept. Basic costs €500 to ----- depending on the effort. This includes the use of the rooms with kitchen, dining and party area. About 100 sqm for up to 25 - 30 people with table and chair, or about 40 - 50 people standing. In our spacious kitchen you can cook whole menus together and then eat in the living / dining area. The cleaning effort for normal soiling is a flat rate of € 150. We also offer our service here, if desired. Outdoor In case of rain, we can accommodate 25 people under the roof of our pavilion. By setting up lightweight tents, a larger number of people will also be able to enjoy the day/evening or the night in a dry and cozy environment. 3 apartments of different sizes and amenities are available for foreign guests. The use / occupancy must be agreed in advance, as 4 people will live in an apartment when fully occupied. For garden events We recommend our swivel grill for 30 people or more. Gas grill and/or fire ring (plancha) from 2 – 50 people. Grill service on request. With us, you can organize everything or part of it yourself, or let our team support and pamper you. We are also happy to organize a supporting program with cabaret to music bands. In any case, however, we must coordinate in advance with all planned activities. Talk to us and learn more about the possibilities our house can offer you. In any case, we will require a deposit, which depends on the number of people and planned activities. Guest access We have some parking spaces right on the property. If there is more demand, there is a municipal parking lot, about 350 meters on foot through the woods. 15 minutes' walk to the train station, 15 minutes' walk to the tram and 3 minutes' walk to the bus stop. A driving service is possible. Other things to note An event always means a longer planning phase. Changes are often made at the last minute, the number of people is changed, or entire concepts are overturned due to the weather. We have to keep all this in mind and discuss "disaster plans" in advance.
