The Loft Wanniassa

Welcome to our brand new 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located in the peaceful suburb of Wanniassa. This apartment unit is located above a 3 car garage on the 1st level of 7 Spensley Place Wanniassa. It is on a large block shared with our main property. It is a separate from the main house. We back a green reserve with lovely walking areas. The property is very close to Farrer Ridge, which offers walking trails. We welcome dogs although please note we are not completely fenced. The space BEDROOM: The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, two bedside tables and lamps, with plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a vanity, shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. KITCHEN: While you stay you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - portable stovetop with range hood - combination microwave/oven/airfryer - crockery and cutlery - cooking utensils We offer coffee sachets, tea bags, and sugar. Guests will need to purchase or bring own food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: Pull out Sofa bed. The living room has a smart TV connected to our WIFI. LAUNDRY AREA: A washing machine is provided and a washing line is right outside available for your use. PARKING: There is safe outdoor parking available outside the loft. Please park on the paved area which will accommodate two cars. AMENITIES: We have an outdoor area and fire pit that you can use as well as a free use of our small basketball court. ACCESS: Our property is on a battle axe block, please drive down. The property is up one flight of stairs above the triple car garage. LOCATION: Wanniassa is a short drive to the town centres of Woden and Tuggeranong. Wanniassa has a Coles and Woolworths. Coles is within walking distance. Wanniassa (Erindale) has many restaurants. PETS: Our property is pet friendly, however note that not all of the yard is fenced. There are plenty of walking trails around Wanniassa to walk your pet. Guest access You have access to 1-2 parking spaces on the paved area outside the loft. You are allowed to use our outdoor seating area at the front of the property. You may use our basketball court within reasonable hours. Other things to note Although the property is dog friendly, we would appreciate that you bring your own dog equipment, including dog bed, bowls etc. We would appreciate if pets are kept off furniture. Please pick up after your dog and use the bins provided to dispose of rubbish.
