The home is ideal for couples, families, friends or colleagues travelling together, with two comfortable bedrooms and flexible sleeping arrangements. Living & dining The open-plan living and dining area is bright, comfortable and relaxed, with timber floors and a fresh coastal-inspired interior. It's an easy place to unwind after a day at the beach, explore the local cafés or enjoy a quiet evening at home. Bedrooms The main bedroom features a comfortable queen bed. The second bedroom can be configured as either a king bed or two single beds. If you'd prefer two singles, simply let us know before arrival. Bathroom & laundry The newly renovated bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and double vanity. A separate toilet provides additional convenience when travelling with family or friends. There is also a dedicated laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, making the home particularly well suited to longer stays. Parking A private lock-up garage is provided for one small to medium-sized vehicle. Garage dimensions: Length: 5m Width: 2.3m Height clearance: 1.9m Please check your vehicle dimensions before arrival. The location The best thing about this home is the location. Step outside and you're immediately on Beach Road and the Red Bluff foreshore, with beautiful coastal walks and cycling routes right on your doorstep. Half Moon Bay is just moments away, while Black Rock Village is an easy walk for cafés, restaurants, groceries and local shopping. The Bay Trail runs along the coast, making the area ideal for walking, running and cycling. For a larger shopping trip, Westfield Southland is approximately 10 minutes away by car. Guest access You have access to the whole property for your stay and no internal space is shared. Other things to note All the apartments we manage come with a welcome letter and detailed information so you know how everything works to ensure you can get the most out of your stay. All bedding and towels are included for 4 people along with beginner basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, bodywash and toilet paper to get you through the first few days. After this, your needs can be met at the local supermarket. All bookings are assumed to be four people sharing beds only. The sofa must not be used as a bed please. Prior to arrival, we ask all guests to quickly fill in some contact information and tell them a little bit more about how we hope they'll look after the apartment. We know guests are just as keen as we are to get 5 star reviews so we share information about how to make sure that happens but don't worry, there isn't a long chore list like some places. It's just some basic common sense things that we're sure you'll have done at other properties.
