The house comprises: - on the first floor: a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower; - on the upper floor: 3 double bedrooms—two of which are interconnected—and a small bathroom. All bedrooms have access to a spacious terrace overlooking the vineyards and the Alps. The property also features a private, fenced garden with a covered patio and a historic cellar perfect for enjoying excellent aperitifs.
