Private Entry 2 Private Bedrooms with Private Bath

Private entrance into a quiet, two side by side newly private bedrooms with full bath. Parking in driveway. Access to resort like swimming pool but not heated. Access to patio and barbecue for guests. Please note the host lives on the other side of the house so the guests do not have access to the entire house; however, the Airbnb side is completely private. NOTE: Jacuzzi NOT AVAILABLE for AirBnb Guests and No Smoking in our Airbnb! Also NO PETS allowed due to ALLERGIES. The space We set up a private coffee bar with water and snacks, toaster, dishes, Microwave, Refrigerator/freezer, and table/chairs that are available for our guests. Guest access Guest have private access to the backyard, resort like swimming pool, patio tables and natural gas barbecue grill. The Jacuzzi is not included. During your stay I’m a people person and I’m easily available for any questions and concerns. I love being a hostess and want to be as helpful as possible. Other things to note Any pets or service animals are NOT allowed on our property as we have allergies. Moreover, absolutely no smoking cigarettes, marijuana or vaping in our home! We understand that marijuana is legal but the smell permeates throughout our whole home because we have central air. It is hard to get the smell out of the rooms for our next guest. Please do not bring even the packaged marijuana into our home. We will charge you a professional cleaning fee up to a $1000 dollars. If both these conditions are an issue, please do not reserve our property.
