Accommodation in the beautiful nature of Kokořínska in a spacious glamping tent. Enjoy the night near nature, with your loved ones, fire and sky full of stars, without wifi and with bird singing good night. The space If you want to leave the city and go to nature, enjoy the peace and combine it with a trip, or you just want to bake something good on the fire, our place is ideal for you. 📌Weekend reservations are only available for Friday through Sunday. 📌 The tent is located in a meadow, in a quiet private place surrounded by trees and greenery, you cannot see the property. On foot from the property it is a 3-minute walk to the Municipal Spa (swimming pool) and a 7-minute walk to the city center. On very hot summer days, the swimming pool is full of people, so it is necessary to take into account that voices may reach the property, the swimming pool closes at 7:00 PM, and the neighborhood starts quiet. The tent can be booked for 4 people. The land is fenced and we are happy to welcome dogs, be careful, small chihuahua type breeds can climb through the fence. You can't park on the property, it's about 3-4 minutes walk from the parking lot. Upon agreement, there is the possibility of borrowing a key to the garden house, where you can, for example, lock bikes. AMENITIES The tent is equipped with bedding, towels, a large double bed, a sofa bed, and a fold-out mattress when visiting more people. Card and board games for entertainment also included. Ample fresh drinking water provided, I replenish barrels with drinking water during a longer stay. The land has solar lighting, inside the tent there is a flashlight, a headlamp, and a portable lantern. I recommend bringing your own power bank. KITCHEN There is an outdoor kitchen on the property with a gas cooker. The kitchen is equipped to make it comfortable to cook. There are basic dishes, spices, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, barbecue equipment, also bins for separate and organic waste. GARDEN The backyard has a fire pit, seating area and hammock. BBQ For the barbecue, there is a trivet with a grate that stands above the fire pit. Fire wood and BBQ provided. BATHROOM On the property there is an outdoor solar shower with drinking fresh water + additional water in a barrel that can simply be refilled to the shower. Soap is available as well. WC The toilet is dry separation. 🔺IMPORTANT INFORMATION IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO INVITE NO VISITORS TO THE PROPERTY. FURTHER, THERE IS A FINE IF THERE WILL BE MORE PEOPLE ON THE PROPERTY THAN STATED IN THE RESERVATION. NO PARTIES, CELEBRATIONS AND LOUD MUSIC ALLOWED. IF YOU PLAN TO BEHAVE NOISY, MAKE A MESS AND DISTURB THE PEACE IN NATURE, BOOK YOUR STAY ELSEWHERE AND NOT WITH US. The land is located in a quiet place, but it is not complete solitude, during the summer days during the day it is possible to hear voices from the swimming pool and voices from passing tourists from the road that lies below the property, but quiet begins to the evening. The property has no electricity, refrigerator or running hot water. In summer, there are a few musical events near the property, the calendar of events can be found on the Mšena website. Other things to note Our place doesn't have wifi, but it makes up for the quiet and pretty nature that is around, I believe you'll enjoy your stay at the fire and social games, for example. Please note that the accommodation is located in a tent in a meadow, it is a “hotel’’ outdoors in the outdoors, so it is possible to meet small insects, such as a mosquito, bee or ants. It can be cooler at night, warm clothes will come in handy, and a waterproof jacket in case of rain.
