Exposed wooden beams give the attic apartment its unique character, while the bright and modern interior creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The living area features a large sofa, comfortable armchairs and a Smart TV. The sofa can also be converted into an additional sleeping space for up to 2 guests. COOKING & DINING TOGETHER The open kitchen is directly connected to the living and dining area, allowing you to prepare your own meals whenever you like. The kitchen includes a hob, oven, refrigerator and a range of kitchen utensils for preparing your meals. Other things to note Please note that the apartment is located on the top floor and features sloping ceilings. The exposed wooden beams give the accommodation its unique character. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. Please enter the correct number of all guests when booking so that we can prepare the accommodation accordingly. There is no reserved private parking space. Public parking is available on Himmeroder Strasse and in the surrounding area. Please pay attention to local signs, possible parking fees and time restrictions. Due to the central location in Wittlich, typical city noise may occasionally be heard. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. We kindly ask you to be considerate of the other residents in the building and our neighbors, especially during the evening and night.
