Cozy country house on the outskirts of Urshult for two – dogs welcome! You live on the entire ground floor: living room with small stove, kitchen, bedroom with double bed and terrace access, bathroom. The upper floor remains locked; you have the house all to yourselves. Outside: fully fenced garden (160 cm high game fence). Åsnen is 750 m away, the legendary Mörrumsån is a good half hour's drive, and the Blidingsholm Bridge is only 10 minutes away. Laundry room with dryer in the basement. The space The house: A classic red-and-yellow Swedish house just outside Urshult – four steps lead to the front door, and then you are home. You occupy the entire first floor; the upper floor remains locked, and no one but you lives in the house. Living: Living room with sofa, dining table, small oven and smart TV with DVD player – you can easily register your own streaming logins. The kitchen is fully equipped: stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker. Working: The large dining table has space for two laptops, Wi-Fi and electrical outlets are within reach – and on request, we will be happy to provide you with an ergonomic work chair. Please indicate at the time of booking. Sleeping: Bedroom with double bed and private exit to the terrace – in the morning, with your coffee, directly into the countryside. A travel bed and a high chair are available; with a baby bed, it gets cozy and tight in the bedroom, but it works. Bathroom & washing: Bathroom with shower on the ground floor. In the laundry room in the basement, there is a washing machine, dryer and clotheslines – the basement stairs are originally steep, as they should be for a house of this generation. Outside: The large garden is completely fenced (160-cm game fence) – dogs can run around freely. Terrace with seating area, plus the small bench on the entrance stairs for morning coffee in the first sun. Parking is on the property; the path to the house is lit. Location: The Åsnen begins 750 m along a small forest path. Shopping, bakery and pizzeria in the village; Tingsryd with everything else is 15 minutes away. For anglers: Blidingsholm is 10 minutes away, and the other Mörrumsån spots are a good 35 minutes away by car. Guest access You have access to the entire first floor, the laundry room in the basement, the terrace and the garden with a bicycle shed (containing 4 bikes and a grill). The upper floor is locked.
