I had already listed my apartment on Airbnb until last year and was a Superhost during that time. The apartment was completely renovated in March 2021 and furnished with new furniture furniture. There are various shops nearby. You have a very good transport connection (bus/S-Bahn) to the city or to Potsdam. Travel time on average 30 min. Fast Wi-Fi is available and there is enough space in the kitchen to work online. The space The apartment is modernly furnished, including the electrical appliances. Guest access Only public parking is available. Other things to note I ask my guests to handle the entire furnishings (including appliances) carefully. This includes taking off your shoes at the apartment door. Please use the available coasters for the living room table. When leaving the apartment, please lock it. Before checkout, close all windows, set the heating to zero and dispose of the waste. Please leave damp towels hanging in the bathroom.
