Guest access You'll have the entire unit to yourself for your stay. On arrival, please register at the lobby front desk and present a valid government-issued ID — a building security requirement for all guests. The desk is staffed 24/7. You'll then be given an RFID key card that opens both the building elevator and your unit door, so you can come and go freely. Around the building, you also have access to: 🅿️ No reserved slot comes with the unit, but there is paid parking at the back of the building at ₱200 for 24 hours. Message us before you arrive if you are driving and we will point you to it. 🧺 Laundry shop on the ground floor — handy for longer stays, no need to leave the building. 🏪 Convenience store, ATMs and Generika Drugstore within a minute's walk on Arellano Street. 🛗 24/7 building security with CCTV, and elevator access to your floor. The pool and gym are part of Bayani Hall but are not yet operational — we'd rather tell you now than have you arrive expecting one. During your stay We're a message away on the Airbnb app and usually reply within the hour. You'll get full arrival instructions before your trip, then self check-in lets you settle in on your own schedule. We stay hands-off unless you need us — but if you do, just ask. Extra towels, the aircon remote, where to eat tonight, no question is too small. The building front desk is staffed 24/7 for anything urgent.
