Traditional red wooden house in village of Uvanå on northernmost shores of Lake Nain bordering Värmland and Dalarna. The main building was once the village store, which explains the name 'Gammal Affar'. Sauna house in the garden. Boat and canoes available. The space The listing itself has 3 buildings; the main house, a large stuga and a small stuga. The Main Building's downstairs space includes a bathroom equipped with shower, sink and toilet, a large lounge/dining room that can host a good number of people, and a brand new fully equipped kitchen and breakfast area. There is also access to the basement from the front hallway. The downstairs area also includes a TV with DVD and VHS players with a selection of films to choose from, boardgames and other entertainment. The upstairs of the main building includes a smaller lounge area with open fire place and 3 bedrooms (1 king size bedded room, 2 single/ 1 kingsize bedded room and a new double bedded room. There is also a selection of books to read if you wish to. The large stuga has small kitchen area, toilet and bedroom (king size bed and 1 single) The Small stuga has an open area, shower and bunk beds. There is a small Sauna here too. Guests will also have access to the shed building from which they will be able to gain access to outdoor furniture, several bikes of varying sizes and equipment for using the canoes out on the lake. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas and facilities of the houses. We have a hot tub on the deck area in the garden. Visitors are very welcome to use this decked area during their stay but the hot tub is unfortunately not for guest use.
