5 minutes from Combourg, 30 to 45 minutes from Saint-Malo, Dinard, Mont Saint-Michel, Cancale, Rennes... our cottages are ideally located to discover Romantic Brittany... all in a bucolic and green setting. The cottage "L 'Estran" rated 2 stars, offers 80 sqm. It consists of a large living room with fitted and equipped kitchen, a pleasant living room and gives access to a fully enclosed private garden. Upstairs, one landing serves 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with toilet. The space The kitchen is equipped with: gas plate 4 fires, oven, hood, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator/freezer. The gite also has a barbecue and outdoor furniture as well as baby equipment (reservation is required). Bedroom 1 : 2 single beds 90x190 cm Bedroom 2 : 1 double bed 160x190 cm Bedroom 3 : 1 double bed 140x190 cm The living room is equipped with a sofa bed that can offer 2 extra extra beds. The bathroom has a bath, sink, toilet, washing machine. Guest access Parking with 4 parking spaces is close to the cottages and entirely dedicated to our clientele. You need your car or bicycle to reach Combourg. Other things to note Want to travel with your pet? Apart from category 1 and 2 dogs, pets are welcome. You will be asked for a supplement of €15 per animal upon arrival. We provide by default tea towels, shower mat, and basic cleaning supplies. Bed linen is not included in the price. If you wish, we offer the rental of sheets (€10 per double bed - €6 per single bed - price for the stay).
