Casa Azahara Valencian Villa - Escape to Nature

The Villa, Casa Azahara, is Located in a National Park with stunning views of the mountains from the large elevated pool deck. Large BBQ with outdoor kitchen area with tables and a dart board. Large open garden with a fish pond and zones to enjoy. Enjoy and relax with up to 16 friends on the porch with large 16 seat table. Family Birthdays and parties are welcome if loud music is controlled after 22:00 at night. About 45min to 1hr to Valencia city. I no longer rent to groups under 21 The space With incredible panoramic views of the Valley and Mountain where you can walk bike and hike to your heart's content. For the youngsters, who want to have fun & be a bit independent we have a tent that can be pitched in the wood; the only strict rule is no campfires! The gardens & house are mainly on the level with a ramp up to the raised infinity end pool & open air shower. The infinity end has a seating area below with a covered area. The large wet-room bathroom has level access with a full sized bath & bidet. * Darts can be used ;signed for by a responsible adult; for the duration of your stay. * If you forget charcoal, I provide 1 bag free to get you started. * Please be aware NO open or wood fires are allowed in the area due to fire risk, a bag of charcoal is provided. * In winter I provide a wheelbarrow of wood for the indoor fire free. Extra will cost €25 per wheelbarrow. (you will use the fire responsibly and no children will be allowed to use or interact with the fireplace) A short stroll down the drive leads to a picnic area with drinkable spring water. Shops and bars are only a few minutes drive away (10 to 15min) in our closest villages of Macastre & Alborache. Valencia is an amazing city where ancient architecture meets the future at the world famous City of Arts & Sciences which is often used in Marvel and other sci-fi movies. Valencia a cosmopolitan city is home to * Las Fallas * Valencia Airport 39min (48Km) * MOTOGP and the Ricardo Tormo circuit is not too far away at Cheste 31min (34Km) * La Tomatina is held in our nearest large Town, Buñol every August. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and grounds. There is Free Parking on the property and previous guests have been able to put 7 cars in the driveway and if needed can park outside as well. I am in the process of installing a EV charging station by 2027 The largest Bedroom has 2 double beds. There are 2 stacked single beds (Ikea type), when stacked it is a single but if separated you have 2 singles. 7 x doubles = 14 2 x single beds = 2 Total of 16 possible There is a high chair, for little ones , a cot (with 2 mattresses can be used for day cot as well), a day cot and a baby potty. The forest area is home to a family or red squirrels who frequently a found running up and down the trees. There is a family of Swallows who usually make a nest in early to late spring on the porch. When possible early arrival from midday, or late departure till 18:00 are possible with a €50 fee respectively. Other things to note We have no control over the weather & or any effect it may have on the amenities we provide to you. We are in an area of nature and the forests and land surrounding the house are protected by the Spanish government; that's why we only allow smoking on the porch; there are to be no open fires/ campfires anywhere on the property or its grounds. BBQ's are to made using the built one provided and ONLY with Charcoal NO! wood fires are aloud in the region to avoid sparks. No guests are allowed to walk or access the Infinity end of the pool, we will not be responsible if you do and injure yourself, (There is a wall to help prevent access) Loud music (heavy base and super loud, villa is not a nightclub) and shouting is not allowed after 10:30pm. Lets respect our neighbours and the peace of the countryside. I do not rent to groups of young people under 21 due to previous guests activities. (If you are under 21 but have excellent reviews I will consider your request seriously) NO! plastic Confetti allowed! * It is difficult to clean and is not safe for the environment or the wild animals in the countryside. (out of season only) Please be aware that we will need to access the garden area to water the plants, maintain the swimming pool and feed the fish. These are usually done early in the morning.
