A peaceful studio annex with a private entrance, ample parking and a small garden. Ideal for couples perhaps with children or just good friends. It’s a short stroll into the Village and marinas. Where you can lose yourself amongst great restaurants and cosy pubs or take the ferry (Pinky) across the river to Warsash and enjoy the beautiful country and costal walks. Hamble is a great place to enjoy the outdoors and in particular the water. The space Our newly refurbished studio is self contained with it’s own access. The bed room has an ensuite with a Super King or 2 singles just let us know your preference on booking. We have a cosy lounge where the sofa bed can sleep children or extra guests. The kitchenette is off the lounge and is equipped with all you need for a great stay. We do of course provide tea coffee and all the essentials. Upon request we are able to provide a table and chair so that you can work or study in comfort. Guest access Guests have private use of the entire studio and small garden. There is a key box at the entrance for which you will be given the code. There is space to store bikes and canoes etc however this will be at the side of the property exposed to the weather and at your risk.
