Large attic with private bathroom for one or two people in a single-family home with lock available. Very quiet residential street and very close to downtown. Parking available on the same street and private parking for bicycles and motorcycles, outdoor areas to relax or eat. EVERYONE is welcome. LGBTQI+ friendly. We speak English, on parle français, un po' di italiano and una mica de català/valencià. The space The attic is actually like a mini-apartment, as it has everything you need: bedroom, bathroom, dining area with microwave and fridge and work area, plus a small terrace where you can go out to eat or sunbathe. You have absolute privacy and peace of mind. Do not hesitate to ask us what you need and it will be a pleasure to advise you on what to do and visit both in the capital and in the province during your stay. Guest access You can access the kitchen (both to eat in it and to cook) and the patio, where you can sit quietly, read, sunbathe and eat there. Other things to note The host is not responsible for guests' valuables and personal belongings.
