Enjoy the entire unit with 2 bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The home is fully air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi, a kitchen, and laundry area. There is 1 common toilet and bath upstairs with instant hot water, plus 1 toilet downstairs. We hope you enjoy a clean, comfortable, and relaxing stay! Guest access Guests have full access to the entire townhouse unit during their stay, including both bedrooms, living area, kitchen, laundry area, and bathrooms. 🏡 A free covered parking space for 1 vehicle is also provided for your convenience. Please make yourself comfortable and enjoy the space! During your stay 🏡 House Rules Welcome to our Sapphire Homestay Butuan (TownHouse unit)! We’re happy to have you as our guest. Since this is our first time hosting, we kindly ask you to follow these simple house rules so we can keep the unit clean, safe, and comfortable for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! 😊 1. 🚭 No Smoking Inside Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the unit. You may smoke outside the unit in the designated outdoor area, where a table and chairs are provided. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. 2. 🧹 Please Keep the Unit Clean Please keep the townhouse clean and tidy during your stay. Kindly clean up after eating, cooking, or using the common areas. 3. 👟 Keep Floors Clean Please avoid bringing excessive dirt or mud inside. If possible, remove muddy or wet footwear before entering the unit. 4. 🔌 Take Care of Appliances Please use all appliances properly and follow the instructions provided during check-in. Turn off lights, air-conditioning, appliances, and other electrical devices when they are not in use. 5. 🔇 Respect Quiet Hours Please keep noise at a reasonable level, especially during nighttime. Avoid loud music, shouting, or activities that may disturb neighbors. 6. 👥 Guests and Visitors Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the unit. Please inform us in advance if you plan to have visitors. No parties or unauthorized overnight guests are allowed without prior approval. 7. 🚫 No Parties or Events Parties, events, and activities that may disturb neighbors are not allowed inside or outside the unit. 8. 🗑️ Proper Waste Disposal Please place garbage in the designated trash bins and help us keep the unit and outdoor area clean. Do not leave food or trash outside overnight. 9. 🔑 Check-In & Check-Out During check-in, I will personally meet you to hand over the key and provide instructions about the unit and appliances. Before your arrival, I will make sure the townhouse is clean and in good condition, especially the appliances. During check-out, I will personally receive the key and do a quick inspection of the unit to make sure everything is in good condition. 10. ❤️ Treat Our Home With Care Please treat the townhouse as you would your own home. Report any damage, broken items, or appliance problems to us as soon as possible. We understand that accidents can happen—just let us know so we can help. Thank you for choosing to stay with us!
