Beautiful Clarens studio with mountain views

The Clarinet Flat is a comfortable self-catering studio for a couple, having a queen-size bed, indoor and outdoor dining area with barbeque, seating area, modern kitchen with gas hob and en-suite bathroom. Situated in a quiet area of Clarens, yet close enough to be walking distance from the square, the flat is set in a beautiful garden and promises privacy and peace with magnificent mountain views. Parking is undercover and behind a remote-controlled gate.We have back-up power and water. The space Guests have a separate entrance via a remote controlled gate and secure parking outside the unit. The short staircase leads to the private patio with umbrella, outdoor furniture and barbeque where one can enjoy the beautiful mountain view in tranquility. The entrance to the unit is via a sliding door and the unit features a bed, TV with 90 DSTV channels, dressing table, couch and dining area with ample cupboard space and a kitchen with an en-suite bathroom with shower. We have back-up water, and back-up power. Guest access The guests have the exclusive use of the unit. The spacious garden is communal and may be shared with guests of the cottage and house residents. Other things to note Guests in the cottage have access to the communal garden. Garden service team is there once a week for an hour. Cleaning staff may be on-site to clean the main house. The unit is serviced after every two nights, thereafter an additional fee applies. Detailed key collection information will be provided prior to guests' arrival.
