The space The accommodation is a large family house (200 m2), with 5 bedrooms, in a contemporary style with a beautiful outdoor space (1500 m2) fully fenced and a very large terrace to enjoy it fully. ON THE GROUND FLOOR: You will have a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room overlooking the garden and accessible terraces with large bay windows, garden furniture with gas barbecue. Bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilets. 4 bedrooms (3 with 1 bed of 160 and 1 with 2 beds of 90) + a sofa bed of 140 in the living room. BASEMENT: Accessible from the ground floor: 1 bright bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom, lingerie and toilet. A games room and a large garage. In total the house has 5 bedrooms and 7 beds, everything is new and of good quality (bedding, furniture, kitchen equipment). Rental rate includes water, electricity, tourist tax, linen rental and one hand towel per person. Dish towels and cleaning are not provided, also plan to bring everything that is consumable (salt, pepper, sugar, condiments, aluminum foil, parchment paper, coffee filters, dishwashing products, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags 50 L...) , tea towels but also enough to leave with your food scraps (plastic containers such as Tupperware ). In the village you will find a bakery, restaurant/caterer, grocery store as well as local producers. As a reminder, the cottage is not a party room, it will not be possible to organize noisy evenings. Guest access You can park your cars in the garage, in front of or inside the property. Other things to note A security deposit in the amount of €500 will be required when checking the entrance areas.
