Come and recharge your batteries in the countryside, with family or friends in Champagne-Ardenne, a region that has incomparable assets: architectural, cultural, historical and heritage riches. The space The accommodation is a large family house (200m2), with 5 bedrooms, with a contemporary style with a beautiful outdoor space (1500m2) fully fenced and a very large terrace to enjoy it to the fullest. ON THE GROUND FLOOR: You will have a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room overlooking the garden and accessible terraces with large glass windows, garden furniture with gas barbecue. Bathroom with shower and bathtub, independent toilet. 4 bedrooms (3 with 1 queen bed and 1 with 2 90 beds) + a 140 sofa bed in the living room. BASEMENT: Accessible from the ground floor: 1 bright bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom, lingerie and toilet. A game room and a large garage. In total the house includes 5 bedrooms and 7 beds, everything is new and of quality (bedding, furniture, equipment in the kitchen) + a sofa bed in the living room. Rental rate includes water, electricity, tourist tax, linen rental and one hand towel per person. Dish towels and cleaning supplies are not provided, also plan to bring everything that is consumable (salt, pepper, sugar, condiments, aluminum foil, baking paper, coffee filters, dishwashing product, sponges, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, toilet paper, 50 L garbage bags...), dish towels but also something to take away your food leftovers (plastic containers such as Tupperware). In the village you will find a bakery, restaurant/caterer, grocery store as well as local producers. As a reminder, the cottage is not a party room, it will not be possible to organize noisy evenings. Guest access You can park your cars in the garage, in front of or inside the property. Other things to note A security deposit in the amount of €500 will be required when checking the entrance areas.
