Large country house (sleeps 13) in the heart of the Jura vineyards, a few minutes from Poligny (capital of Comté), at the start of the GR 59 and the Voie Verte. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms + 1 toilet, 2 equipped kitchens, a SAUNA, a fireplace area, a tasting cellar, a chicken coop at the bottom of the garden (with its compost) and a fenced-off plot that is sheltered from view. Exposed stones, solid wood, vaulted cellars, and vintage objects create a unique atmosphere, combining comfort and country charm. The space The cottage has just been fully renovated. The entrance has storage for shoes as well as coat racks. A separate toilet with sink, and a small medicine cabinet. An equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, large fridge, induction stove, dishwasher, Smeg toaster and kettle, 1 Nespresso capsule coffee maker and 1 classic coffee maker, as well as the starter essentials (dishwasher tablets, coffee capsules, filters, oil/vinegar, flour/sugar, paper towels, plastic wrap/aluminum foil). The cozy dining room with a table seating 14 people, and a small living room in the extension with a TV area and fireplace. It is equipped with a large plancha, a raclette oven, and a crêpe maker. There is also a selection of board games and children's games to enhance your evenings and spend some good times together. The TV lounge (smart TV, Orange box) is located in a vaulted cellar, with a small children's area and a 2nd fridge/freezer. A second part of the wine cellar (with a pointed arch) is in the extension (various types of stemmed glasses are available). A sauna for 4/5 people is adjacent to the vaulted living room. One hour per day is included with your accommodation. Any additional hour will be charged €10. Then, passing through the sauna, you arrive in the studio area. You will find another small TV lounge, a 2nd equipped kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, small fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster). The Studio floor includes 1 master bedroom with a 160 bed and a mezzanine bedroom with 2 90 x 200 beds, and a small shower room and toilet. Going outside, you can access the veranda to play foosball or enjoy a moment of relaxation or reading in the rattan armchairs. The chicken coop is located at the bottom of the garden, as well as the compost in the enclosure. You can feed our little feathered friends and enjoy their eggs.
