Welcome to your private getaway. Our property was created for those seeking a unique and memorable experience. Here, every detail was thought out to combine exclusive design with the warmth of home. Enjoy an atmosphere of absolute peace, perfect for getting away from the daily grind in style and comfort. The space Our space has a bedroom, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a small balcony. The bedroom has a standard-size double bed, a chair, a TV, and a sofa. In the kitchen, we have a counter with a sink, a snack counter, and two chairs. We have some pots and pans, as well as utensils such as cups, plates, glasses, a knife, a small coffee thermos, an electric kettle, a small coffee filter for one cup, and an induction stove (1 burner). We provide: Sheets, pillows and blankets. Basic kitchen utensils (glasses, plates, cups and cutlery). We have an electric kettle and a small coffee thermos. We do not provide toiletries such as soap. We do not provide bath towels. Space Rules: Respect the law of silence; Smoking is not allowed inside the space; it is only permitted on the balcony. No drugs of any kind are allowed in the space, not even marijuana. If this rule is violated, we will ask the guest to leave and will not refund the amount paid. Only guests who made the booking may stay on the premises; No parties, loud noise, smoking or drug use allowed; Do not remove or drag furniture, to avoid damaging the floor; Broken or damaged items will be charged for when the keys are returned. When leaving the space, please turn off the lights, turn off the TV and stereo, turn off the faucets, and lock the door. Take out the trash from the kitchen and bathroom and put it in the bin outside the balcony. ✨ Our goal is to offer a cozy and quiet space, with the simplicity that makes all the difference. Thank you in advance for your understanding, and we wish you a great stay! Guest access Our guests can use the entire space, including the balcony at the entrance to the space. Note: WE DO NOT HAVE A GARAGE. Parking on the street. We will contact you as soon as the reservation is made to provide information about the location and the handover of the keys. Other things to note Our space is clean and organized, and we are available for people who need a quiet place to rest or enjoy the beauty of our city. Remember that our space is a family space, and we are available to make you feel comfortable and cozy. We do not provide bath towels, because we think they are a very personal item.
