Do not pour used coal, wood, ashes, etc. on the ground. This is a safe, but older neighborhood close to downtown. Although, the front yard of The Rawls House is not to far off the street and immediately across the street from a neighbors house, their is lot- size space on both sides and rear of the house. There is lots of parking space and space for automobiles with trailers, etc. attached to park and turn around easily. Lots of yard on both sides of the house and back yard. If, though, you are looking for a safe, quite, neighborhood, with friendly neighbors, then this is the house for you.
