Welcome to our Villa Alessandra in Pittulongu, a corner of paradise on the northeast coast of Sardinia. The villa is a short walk from the beautiful beach of Mare Rocce (Pittulongu), with white sand and crystal clear sea. The beach is really close (about 200 meters) so it is a pleasure to go there and not a hassle. You will find: relaxing fun and lots of healthy sea to enjoy with the whole family. You will have a vacation home with many amenities for everyone and plenty of space and comfort The space Villa Alessandra is located in Mare Rocce (Pittulongu) and is fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay and vacation pleasant, relaxing or fun. The house consists of a living area with a fully equipped and stocked open kitchen, two large bathrooms with a shower (size 80x100), two double bedrooms with air conditioning and a smart TV, a third bedroom where, if necessary, you can open the second bed and it becomes a third double bedroom and this also has a smart TV and A/C. The third bedroom also has the function of a study with a desk and wifi printer if any guests need to work in smart-working mode. The house is ideal for couples, families with children, and groups of friends who want to spend an unforgettable holiday in Sardinia. The strategic location of the house allows you to easily and quickly reach the most beautiful locations of the Costa Smeralda and the hinterland. Guest access Villa Alessandra is granted in its entirety and you can use every corner of the house, inside and outside. There are two to three parking spaces in the private parking lot within the property, a beautiful and lush garden with an above-ground swimming pool with a diameter of almost 5 meters, ideal for days you don't want to spend on the beach, for a small private party, or simply to entertain the children for longer in the garden. We chose this pool because it is safe for children, as the ladder can be removed, preventing entry without parental permission. Beyond this we have a soccer goal, swing and hopscotch. Other things to note If you need any particular accessories, we can provide them for you, as long as you give us enough notice. We can help you organize excursions, rent inflatable boats, sunbeds and beach umbrellas, rent a car, and make restaurant reservations.
