The house consists of a living area with a fully equipped and furnished open kitchen, two large bathrooms with a shower (dimensions 80x100), two double bedrooms with air conditioning and a smart TV, a third bedroom where, if necessary, you can open the second bed and it becomes a third double bedroom, and this also has a smart TV and A/C. The third bedroom also has the function of a study with a desk and a Wi-Fi printer if any guests need to work remotely. The house is ideal for couples, families with children, and groups of friends who want to spend an unforgettable vacation in Sardinia. The strategic location of the house allows you to easily and quickly reach the most beautiful places on the Costa Smeralda and inland.
