"La Quercia" Country House

Ancient stone farmhouse located in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, right halfway between Florence and Siena "(39 km from Florence, 40 km from Siena), along the scenic S.S. 222 "Chiantigiana". At the center of a farm that has belonged to the same family for centuries, the house, with its large and comfortable rooms, is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves as far as the eye can see. Together with the adjoining, fully equipped garden, you can experience an authentic Tuscan holiday. COMFORT On the first floor: large kitchen with fireplace and all the appliances necessary for a carefree holiday, 1 bathroom with sink, bidet, toilet and shower + 1 hairdryer, 1 bathroom with toilet sink and shower. 3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 with single beds + 1 cot), dining room with pellet stove + wardrobe-ironing including iron and board. ATMOSPHERE The classic and traditional Tuscan furniture creates a simple and intimate atmosphere, perfect for families and for anyone who wants to enjoy an absolute rest completely immersed in the greenery of the Tuscan olive trees and cypresses, but remaining an hour from Florence. WATER: We have tanks that are constantly replenished with water from our well. The tap water, rich in limestone, is not drinkable. Leolino, is just a kilometer and a half away and there are supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, post offices, renowned restaurants for typical cuisine, bars to enjoy a refined coffee or ice cream. The weekly market, with food and small handicrafts, is on Sundays. There is also a bus connection service (SITA lines) on weekdays and holidays Florence - Panzano and vice versa.
