Opening February 2017! Our 3-star "BED'ZEL HOME" cottage is located in an old half-timbered winegrower's house dating from the 16th century, 170 m2, and can accommodate up to 8 people. It is quietly located on the Alsace Wine Route between Mulhouse and Strasbourg, in Ingersheim, a village adjacent to Colmar. All shops nearby, public transport (Colmar Bus) and many activities in the surrounding area. The space Located at the end of a courtyard, the fully renovated 16th century house on 3 levels, accommodating up to 8 people, includes: - Ground floor: a large 75 m2 living room with lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, an outdoor area of 100 m2 with private pool, a garage. - 1st floor: a 32 m2 master bedroom with double sinks, bathtub and walk-in shower, a 180 x 200 bed, a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard, a 22 m2 bedroom with a 180 x 200 bed, a bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower, a separate toilet. -2nd floor: in the 24 m2 attic, a mezzanine with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed. Linens, bed linens and towels will be provided and the beds will be ready upon your arrival. We will be delighted to welcome you to this quiet and comfortable home. The house is located on a street of typical and quiet residential houses, parties and events are not allowed. The pool is private to the accommodation, is not heated and is open from the end of May to September 15 if the weather permits. Guest access You will be able to access the house, with the possibility of parking 1 car in the garage (many free parking spaces are available around the house, 2 minutes' walk). You will also have the pool area at the back of the house. A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
