Discover Casa Lolina, a comfortable and welcoming space to enjoy Margarita Island with family or friends. It's located in Agua de Vaca, within a gated and quiet complex of only five houses, with a shared swimming pool, jacuzzi, gardens and canoe. Enjoy spacious rooms, an equipped kitchen, air conditioning and amenities designed for a relaxing stay for up to 8 guests. The space The house is spread over two levels. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with two single beds, a full bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed and TV, an open-plan kitchen with an island, and a rear terrace. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a queen-size bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom, as well as another bedroom with a bunk bed, a single bed and its own bathroom. All bedrooms and the living room have A/C. Guest access During the stay, guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire house; they will not share the accommodation with the owner or with other guests. You can also enjoy the back terrace and the assigned parking spaces. The pool, hot tub, gardens and canoe are shared spaces with the other homes in the complex. Other things to note Before booking, please note that the Jacuzzi is kept at room temperature and that the house does not have a power generator, so it depends on the area's electricity supply. Use of the canoe requires prior reservation and has an additional fee. Pets are welcome with prior approval, and an additional fee also applies.
