Chalupa pod skalou - a renovated cottage is situated in the village, on a fenced flat plot of land with less than 8 acres, with the possibility of parking in the yard for two cars. The back of the property is under the forest. - rural, cottage accommodation - covered terrace next to the house - original log barn - fireplace in the back of the spacious fenced plot - Gothal resort only 500m away (swimming pools, saunas, restaurant, bowling, tennis courts, climbing wall...) - Ferrata Two Towers in the neighboring village The space The cottage provides accommodation in 3 bedrooms for 7 people (2-2-3), with beds for max. 9 people (4 -2 -3) - see the breakdown of the bedrooms below. The entire property is available on an approximately 8-acre plot, a covered terrace, and a fireplace at the back of the plot under the forest. Ground floor: - bedroom 1 - double bed (160cm wide) and sofa bed 1-/ 2-bed (70/140cm wide), it is possible to add a baby travel cot, - bedroom 2 - double bed (160cm wide), - bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet, - living room with dining seating and fireplace, - kitchen equipped with appliances: electric oven, glass-ceramic hob, microwave oven, coffee machine (brand DeLonghi for coffee beans, frenchpress, mocha), toaster, kettle, fridge with small freezer (h. 125cm), washing machine (we do not provide washing powder). Of course, pots, dishes and cutlery are provided. There is no dishwasher in the building. Attic - bedroom 3: accessible by steeper wooden stairs from the living room (photo) is designed as one space with an elevated sleeping platform with three separate beds (each 80 cm wide). In the attic there is a smaller bathroom - toilet and large sink, without a shower. Baby travel cot (with added mattress and, of course, bed linen) and high chair available upon prior request. Well-behaved dogs by agreement. See "More details..." for dog accommodation requirements Towels 50 x 100 cm, 1pc / guest / stay. We do not provide washing powder and fabric softener. The interior is strictly non-smoking. Guest access entire house and land Other things to note We kindly ask our guests to: - take off their shoes in the house - strictly observe the quiet hours after 22.00 on the terrace next to the house - the house is located in a village where its inhabitants, our neighbors, live permanently. If you expect an unrestricted party with reproduced music on the terrace without time and decibel restrictions, our offer will not be the "right fit" for you. - do not smoke inside the house - do not climb out the window in the attic to the roof of the terrace (we do not doubt the climbing abilities of guests, but this destroys the window sill and the roof of the terrace, climbing ambitions can be fulfilled, for example, in the FunAreny cable park in Donovaly or in the Ferrata Dve veže area in neighboring Liptovské Revúce - equipment can be rented in Gothal) If you are with dogs: - before entering the interior, please wipe your dogs' paws - dogs are not allowed to lie on the sofa, armchairs and especially beds - please collect their "products" in the yard, just throw them under the forest behind the back gate (as they fell out of them, without a plastic bag)
