A peaceful haven, perfect for discovering the Gers and Toulouse (45 minutes away) or for a restful break after an event at the Domaine de Poussignan, Château de Caumont or Château du Calaoué (10–15 minutes away). The space Designed on one level, the living room offers a beautiful space bathed in natural light thanks to a large picture window. The lounge area and the perfectly equipped open kitchen open directly onto a private terrace where a table and garden chairs await you for your breakfasts in the sun or your quiet dinners. For sleeping, the accommodation consists of two bedrooms, ideal for up to 4 guests. A modern bathroom completes the interior layout. To ensure a pleasant stay throughout the year, the space is equipped with reversible air conditioning and heating. Guest access The outbuilding is adjacent to our house, with its own access and outdoor space. Other things to note The property also welcomes our two dogs. Very affectionate, calm and perfectly accustomed to visitors, they live freely on the grounds without ever being intrusive.
