Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay on the South Downs Way and near fantastic cycle routes. 3 double and 1 single rooms plus open upstairs second lounge with double sofa bed. The space Large entrance hall, open plan living room with wood burner and dining room with bifold doors onto large patio and garden. Fully equipped kitchen (including basic cooking ingredients) and laundry room. Upstairs there is an open plan second lounge with a sofa bed, master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Two further double bedrooms (one can be made into a twin room on request) and a single room. Bathroom with corner bath. Guest access You can use all spaces in the house and garden. The trampoline has no net so please use with caution. Other things to note This is our family my home so you will find Lego, games and toys. You may use these during your stay.
