There's even a towel warmer! - A selection of board games and DVDs are available in the cabin. - Fast WIFI and streaming services on the Roku TV. - Gas fireplace (gas is shut down from March - October, like most cabins in our area.) - There are loaner hiking poles and small backpack in the cabin, and a selection of hiking guidebooks. We are locals who are hikers; we're happy to assist with trail recommendations! We also have a cooler and yoga mat for you to use while you're in town. - Fire pit outside is shared between the four cabin units on this property. (Wood is available at the local grocery store and other local vendors.) - Upper level open studio space with high ceilings. - Located in the Glades, home of the Smoky Mountain Arts and Crafts Community. Less than 5 miles to most Gatlinburg attractions, including Ober Gatlinburg, Downtown Gatlinburg, Anakeesta, the SkyBridge, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and more! Dollywood and Pigeon Forge attractions are 12 miles away. 5 minutes from the only grocery store in Gatlinburg and several dining options. - Local owners who can help you with hiking recommendations, restaurant recommendations, first hand knowledge! If you have more people traveling with you, or you want to spread out, some of our other Gatlinburg properties are just steps away. This unit is the top floor of the cabin; the ground floor unit is an entirely separate unit with no shared living space. Each unit has its own hot tub and kitchen. The unit below has a separate parking area and separate entrance and accommodates two travelers. The cabin next door is identical in setup, with a single unit on the top and a separate one on the bottom. The only thing on the upper floor is this unit. There is a unit on the lower floor as well, with a separate entryway. You will have access to the upper unit, the front porch, the rear deck, and the firepit, which is shared with all four units. We prefer to give our guests privacy and streamline the check in process. You will be given a code to the door and can check yourself in. Most people never see us during their stay, but we're always available by phone or text if you need anything. We live locally and are available throughout your stay to address any issues or help you choose something fun to do for the day. Gatlinburg is a tourist area with restaurants, shopping, and activities, including many free activities. There is no charge to visit the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This cabin is less than five miles to: - Downtown Gatlinburg - Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies - Sugarlands Distilling Company and Ole Smoky Distillery - Great Smoky Mountains National Park - Ober Gatlinburg - Anakeesta - Gatlinburg Arts & Crafts Community - the largest collection of independent artisans in the country. - Gatlinburg Mountain Coaster - Grocery store is about 2 miles away and several dining options are less than one mile away. Less than 12 miles to: - Dollywood - Smoky Mountain Alpine Coaster, Goats on the Roof Mountain Coaster, and other mountain coasters (we've done them all and can tell you about our faves!) - Titanic Museum attraction, WonderWorks, Hollywood Wax Museum - Dolly's Stampede, Hatfield and McCoy, and other dinner shows - Tanger Outlet Mall - GoKart tracks and putt putt courses galore - Tons of dining options in Pigeon Forge There's plenty of parking right outside the front door. There is a trolley providing transportation in and around downtown Gatlinburg. The nearest stop is about 1 mile away. Minimum age to reserve this cabin is 25. Absolutely NO PETS are allowed. This is not a pet-friendly cabin. No trailers are allowed. There is enough parking for ONE vehicle. This is the upper floor unit of a two unit cabin. Each unit is self-contained and is entirely separate from the other - separate entrances (upper unit entrance is in front, lower unit is built into a hill, so entrance is in the back), separate living spaces, separate hot tubs. The upper unit shares a parking area with the guests in the upper unit of the neighboring cabin. If you want a super secluded cabin, this isn't it. If you want to party, this also isn't the cabin for you. We're in a quiet neighborhood, and these cabins are upstairs/downstairs duplexes, so they are best for people who want a quiet and relaxing vacation. We've been lucky to have fantastic guests who are respectful of one another.
