Located above a charming coffee shop in the heart of Hale, this modern and spacious 3 bedroom apartment is set over three floors and offers the perfect base for families, groups, contractors, and business travellers. Just a short walk to Altrincham's shops, restaurants, bars, and transport links, the apartment is clean, stylish, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay in a prime central location. The space The Space Access to the apartment is via the rear of the building through a private entrance, providing guests with exclusive use of the property. Ground Floor- You'll find a spacious, fully equipped family kitchen with a dining table, making it the perfect space to cook, dine, and spend time together. The kitchen includes everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. First Floor- The first floor features the main family bathroom and the first bedroom, which benefits from its own en-suite shower room. Second Floor- A few steps lead to the second floor, where you'll find the comfortable living room along with the second bedroom, furnished with one double bed and a set of bunk beds—ideal for families or groups. Third Floor- The top floor offers the third bedroom, complete with two comfortable single beds. All bedrooms are clean, modern, and thoughtfully furnished, each with its own Smart TV. Fresh towels, quality toiletries, and hotel style linens are provided for every guest, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. Guest access Guest Access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment via a private entrance located at the rear of the building. Access is through the alleyway behind the property, where you'll find a clearly labelled gate leading to the apartment. As the rear access can be a little difficult to locate after dark, we provide detailed check-in instructions, a map, and photos before your arrival to make finding the property as easy as possible. Please note that there are stairs to access the apartment, so it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. The apartment includes a small outdoor area at the rear. While your entrance is completely private, the outdoor space may occasionally be shared with the neighbouring coffee shop during its opening hours. Other things to note We do charge a small, one-off damage waiver fee or, alternatively, a refundable damage deposit. This is in place to help protect the property against any accidental damage during your stay. We use a trusted third-party guest screening company who will collect and verify guest ID prior to arrival. If you choose the damage deposit option, please note that the funds are only pre-authorized on your card. No money is withdrawn from your account; the amount is simply held temporarily and released after your stay, provided there are no damages or additional charges. Thank you for your understanding.
