Tenuta S. Eusebio is an old farmhouse surrounded by the greenery of the ancient village of Urbiano and a few steps from Susa. The property is undergoing a conservative restoration with the aim of reviving the villa and its vineyards while respecting the environment and traditions, through the use of domestic and agricultural sustainability techniques. National Identification Code (CIN): IT001154C2I9JFBLPE The space The Master Bedroom is the most spacious room (33 square meters), facing SE with 2 windows overlooking the square, the garden and the fountain, enjoying the view of the Cedro del Libano (also from the double bed) and, in the distance, the Orsiera Rocciavrè mountain complex and Mount Peloux with the Colle delle Finestre. It is equipped with all the basic amenities (period headboard, bedside tables with a pair of porcelain lamps for the double bed, and, if needed, 2 single beds can be added. There is a small sofa with a coffee table, other lamps placed in the large space, a mirror, a wardrobe, a luggage rack, and a basket. Most of the furniture is original from the late 1800s). The shared bathrooms will be cleaned and sanitized daily. The sheets are changed after each departure, and if the stay is longer than a week, there will be a weekly linen change. Two towels will be provided in each room and changed weekly, but there is no laundry service for guests' personal use. Guest access The house is surrounded by a large, ancient garden, to be experienced slowly, following the paths that nature and time have traced. Upon entering the property, you will find the guest parking area on the left, under the hedge (please leave room for other cars to pass and maneuver). In front of the house is the main garden, dominated by a large terrace with an ancient fountain, tables, and deck chairs: a place designed for reading in the shade, sunbathing, playing, or simply enjoying the quiet of the countryside. The garden then extends through large green spaces and trees that have seen many seasons pass. These include a centuries-old Lebanese cedar and a large lime tree, imposing and silent presences that are part of the very history of the property. You can freely enjoy all areas where the grass is kept low and the paths that cross the garden, avoiding the vineyards, which are continuously subject to risky work or treatments. Instead, we ask you not to go beyond the lower level with respect to the terrace: that part of the property is private and intended for agricultural activities and maintenance, with the presence of machinery, tools, and work materials that can pose a hazard.
