What we want most is for our guest to lack nothing. That's why we've made sure to provide all the basic amenities and facilities that someone needs in their daily life. Villa Maronia is located in a distinctive and historic village in Thrace and is a lovely base for getting to know Maroneia, its nature, its beaches, and the surrounding area. The house has air conditioning and ceiling fans for coolness and comfort during the summer months, while all windows and balcony doors have screens. The living room has a large high-definition Smart TV with access to TV channels and Netflix, so that both young and old can relax and enjoy their favorite movie or series. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, coffee makers, kettle, cookware and everything necessary to prepare breakfast or a meal. Guest access Villa Maronia has two separate entrances to offer greater convenience and flexibility to our guests. The front entrance has steps, while the back entrance has only one step, making access much easier for guests with mobility issues, the elderly, families with young children, or guests using a stroller. For added convenience, guests can choose which entrance to use during their stay. At both entrances, there are secure lockboxes with personal codes, so that entering and leaving the house can be done easily, independently, and safely, without the need to pick up or hand over keys. Access to the house is by code, offering our guests convenience, privacy and complete freedom throughout their stay. Other things to note Villa Maronia is situated in an excellent and quiet location in Maroneia, a very short distance from the main square, shops, the supermarket, and the traditional tavernas of the village. The house offers comfortable and functional spaces and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It features two spacious bedrooms with large and comfortable king-size beds, as well as a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. It also has a comfortable and fully equipped bathroom. There are two separate entrances, one at the front and one at the back. The rear entrance is step-free and facilitates access for elderly guests, people with restricted mobility, or families with strollers. Villa Maronia features a balcony at the front and a private outdoor area at the back, offering lovely spaces for relaxation and rest. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is provided, with a connection speed of up to 50 Mbps, suitable for work, video conferencing, streaming, and everyday use. Free parking is also provided for guests, close to the property, for added convenience during the stay. Check-in is easy via self check-in with a lockbox, and all necessary instructions are sent prior to arrival.
