WE HAVE RUN OUT OF OIL SO THE HOUSE IS A BIT CHILLY SO COME WITH WARM CLOTHES A beautiful Regency and early Victorian house with real character and energy. Its not perfect but then Buckingham Palace isn't perfect but it has character and is a very chilled out and relaxing place to stay. Please note that we have created separate listings for each of pur four tooms Please do not assume that any rate is for the whole house and if in any doubt message us or ring us on. This list is for what we call our red room, a large stylish room with lots of good pictures on the walls! We will negotiate lower prices for longer stays and we are always prepared to go the extra mile to find a solution that works for you . It is a very large space and we have airbeds too if you are happy to kip down and bring a sleeping bag and want to stay in lovely surroundings very cheaply. In certain circumstances we wil be happy to drive you to Silverstone or collect you from locally. Ask us first. We can let up to three rooms currently but please get in touch if you want more than one room and we will negotiate a price with you specifically. We do treat those who stay like friends so the house is pretty open and we dp allow guests to go in the kitchen and make coffeeand tea and will consider allowing you to cook if you ask us first. Guest access This is a double room so its suitable for couples and also we can fit airbeds to accpomodate upto two other guests. Its always sensible to clartify what you are paying for and getting more haste less speed stops your trip being screwed up because you didn't clarify what you had booked. We have just had a client who booked a double room with a picture of himself and his wife on his profile. When he arrived he came with a male friend and complainned that the room was not what he had booked because there but he never confirmed what he wanted ever, Far too often this happens today. I mentiom this as a cautionary tsle. Please do not book until we have discussed what you need sand want as I don't ant more mess up[s like this so rememner the priviple of more hasrte less speed to get right exactly what you are looking for. During your stay We are very available and can help you with places to visit, eat and drink Other things to note THE PRICING THAT WILL SHOW IS A BASIC PRICE SIGNIFICANTLY BELOW WHAT MOST PEOPLE PAY BECAUSE THIS IS A VERY SPECIAL, UNIQUE PLACE. WE HAVE DECIDED THAT EVERYONE WHO COMES TO US CAN COME FOR THE BASIC COST AND DECIDE WHAT THE EXPERIENCE WAS WORTH AND CHOOSE TO PAY EXTRA. I BELIEVE THAT MORE PLACES SHOULD WORK LIKE THIS RATHER THAN JUST CHARGE ROCK BOTTOM. MOST PEOPLE UNDERSTAND HOW MUCH WORK GOES INTO MAKING AN EXPERIENCE MEMORABLE AND WE BELIEVE THAT THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO PAY MORE IF THEY WANT TO AND MANY DO.
