This refurbished container building built by an architect professor @ UNC Charlotte for a traveling art exhibit. This fabulous space has a queen bed, single futon, private bath & deck overlooking gardens w/ outsider folk art scattered about property. Hammock, picnic tables, playground & firepit The space This B&B is an eco friendly, arts oriented property with a busy café on site that's open until 2 in the afternoon (yes, breakfast is included with your stay Wednesday- Sunday). The outdoor picnic areas as well as patio areas (illuminated with market lights @ night ) are available for private enjoyment of our Airbnb guest Late afternoon, evening & Monday/Tuesday. Relax on the hammock, enjoy birdwatching in our gardens or relax with the ambience of the firepit amid the starlight. Playground with swings for children or those young at heart. Pet friendly property has a per poopy station on site & short walk to nearby off-leash dog park. Outsider art is scattered throughout the garden and buildings. You're going to love it! Guest access We are located a short walk from Downtown Pittsboro's shopping, bars and restaurants. Please take a look at the travel guide to see the many surprising things there are to do, try, and see in our small town. Other things to note Pets are welcome, but there is a $40 pet fee. This covers the extra cleaning fee associated with allowing pets. Woodshed door code is texted prior to check in. To lock the door you only need to push the Schlage logo at the top of the lock and twist the bolt to the left. To unlock, put in code and turn the bolt to the right. If it does not lock right away, you may have to pull the door up a little tighter and try again. The fridge in the Woodshed is a micromini fridge. Just making sure you know. Please Note: Breakfast is included with your stay for the number of guest registered for the stay, so make sure to note the number of guests staying in the Woodshed Café Hours: Wednesday-Friday 7:30am-2pm and Saturday-Sunday 8am-2pm. (April 1-September 30) Saturday-Sunday 9am-2pm (November 1-March 31) Monday -Tuesday the café is closed. No breakfast is served on those days, so that our hardworking staff can refresh for the next work week. We are also closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, as well as 3rd week of July for annual vacation.
