The space A 2-room apartment (non-smoking) is located on the 1st floor and offers space for up to three people in a living area of about 50 m². The entire apartment was extensively renovated and modernised in the winter of 2016/2017. The centrepiece is the spacious living/dining room, which is beautifully bright thanks to the large windows. Here you can eat together or make yourself comfortable on the large corner sofa. The seating area in the living room offers a sleeping option for a third person thanks to the sleep function (150 cm – continuous mattress). From the living/dining room, you have access to a spacious, covered balcony facing east, which invites you to eat outdoors when the weather is nice. The bedroom and the living/dining area can be fully used as sleeping areas thanks to blackout pleated blinds. A high-quality kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, cooker with 4-plate ceramic hob, microwave, toaster and coffee machine is integrated into the living/dining area. A bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140 cm – continuous mattress) and a spacious sliding-door wardrobe, as well as a newly designed, modern shower room with a spacious, floor-level shower and toilet, complete the apartment's facilities. A washing machine is available in the building's cellar for a fee. There is a bicycle cellar for bicycles you bring with you. The apartment is about 500 m from the beach.
