Relax in the garden which makes an ideal place for alfresco dining on a summer's evening. This whole area offers a wide range of activities including many popular golf courses, horse riding, water sports and country walks. All ground floor. 1 x super king size bed in bedroom (NO ADDITION GUESTS ALLOWED) an infant/ baby is accepted, but you must provide your own travel cot and bedding. Shower room with separate shower (NO BATH),basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast bar. Sitting room with dining area. No pets allowed. Guest access The Farm is located down a quite lane, there is no footpath to walk on for the first 1/2 mile, so you do need a car. Farm to the nearest pub/shop 1.5 miles or other way 2miles. We frequently have joggers/walkers and horse riders on the lane. To walk to nearest pub between 20/30 minutes and there are NO street lamps. No pets allowed.
