Our house is very centrally located in one of Sandefjord's best residential areas at the end of a dead end street on a hill with great views of large parts of Sandefjord. We have a lovely sheltered back garden without view with barbecue and pizza grill. I also have an outdoor area on the front of the house where it is quite peaceful and very sunny. It is a sunny plot where you have sun from morning to evening most of the year. The space The house is completely renovated and extended in 2024, so most of it is of a newer standard The house is about 240 m2 on the top floor we have a large living room + 3 bedrooms On the middle floor, there is a kitchen, bathroom and dining room In the basement, there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer + treadmill and bedroom. Guest access You will have the entire home at your disposal except for an apartment with a separate and private entrance. You have 3 parking spaces for car, courtyard and garden at your disposal. Other things to note There is a hill up to the house that can pose challenges when it snows. We have elektric car charger but this is not included inn rental price if charging is wished/needed please ask and we make an agrement for charging ..
