Private Annex with Hot Tub

Set within the landscaped gardens of my home, this private annex is newly renovated. Cool and relaxed in summer and cosy by the log fire in winter with use of your own private, brand new hot tub all year round. The space The annex has 4 rooms: A cosy living room, complete with wood burning fire and 70'' TV , DVD player and free view channels . The large L-shaped sofa, is perfect to come back to after a long days out in the local countryside. Generously sized bedroom with king bed and stylish wood furnishing. A modern bathroom with walk in free standing shower and WC. A small pantry with refrigeration, a microwave, toaster and tea / coffee . Please note this is not a proper kitchen and therefore doesn't have proper cooking facilities . However the area is full of fantastic pubs, restaurants and deli's we'd be happy to recommend. And the local shop in Kirdford does a great cooked breakfast!! Outside is connected by a series of double doors and there's a small terrace with table and chairs and 2 sun loungers, perfect for a sunny morning coffee. Here you'll also find the hot tub overlooking the garden and view of the paddock. In the garden we have a full sized swimming pool - if you would like to request access to use the pool over your stay please message me when booking, there will be an additional charge if accepted and access is subject to availability. The pool is available May - September, use of the pool is at your own risk and all guests will required to sign a waiver prior to use. Guest access Parking is available off the road and access is through the garden of the main house. The annex is set in 3 acres and the overlooked paddock leads you on to an extensive network of footpaths, perfect for walking and exploring. Other things to note Linen and towels are provided in the Annex. Please bring extra towels if you want to use the hot tub or have had a booking confirmed to use the swimming pool. There is a Nespresso coffee machine , so we provide tea , coffee, milk and sugar plus a bottle of Prosecco for you to enjoy in the Hot Tub ! Whilst we certainly want our guests to relax and enjoy themselves , we please ask that the Hot Tub is not used after 11.30 pm and all music is turned off , so we can sleep too !
