The space # 🌿 Enjoy nature, relax & discover a lot Welcome to our cozy **approx. 55 m² apartment** – a place where tranquility, nature and relaxation meet, and at the same time numerous excursion opportunities are right outside the door. ## 🏡 Arrive and feel good The special highlight is our lovingly designed **nature realm with a beautiful garden**. Everyone will find their favorite spot here: whether it's over a cup of coffee in the green surroundings, reading a good book, or simply relaxing and enjoying nature. If you like, you are also welcome to swim – **here it's entirely up to you when the right moment is for that.** 🌿💦 At Naturreich, there is also the possibility **to take a short boat ride** and enjoy the special surroundings from the water. 🚣 There is also plenty to discover for our little guests: **a trampoline, swing, sandbox and a climbing dome** provide play, fun and little adventures. Those who like to snack will also get their money's worth. Apples, mirabelle plums and blackberries grow in our **snack garden** depending on the season. Our **vegetable garden** also invites you to explore. For additional relaxation, a **sauna is available by prior arrangement** (with a surcharge). ## 🌳 Nature, leisure & excursions The surrounding area offers numerous possibilities for a variety of leisure activities. For example, nature lovers can explore the **Rheinsteig** and discover the beautiful countryside on foot. Families also get their money's worth: there are various leisure opportunities in the surrounding area – including **water playgrounds, indoor playgrounds, a swimming pool, parks and an ice rink**. A special excursion destination is the **Zoo Neuwied**, which is wonderfully suited for a varied family day. ### 🏰 Koblenz – Rhine, Moselle & Ehrenbreitstein Fortress **Koblenz** can also be reached in about **20 minutes** by car. In the historic old town, the **Rhine and Moselle** meet – creating a very special atmosphere at the famous Deutsches Eck. From here, a beautiful view of the **Ehrenbreitstein Fortress** opens up. A special experience is the ride on the **cable car over the Rhine**, which connects Koblenz with the fortress and offers an impressive view of the city, the Rhine and the Moselle. Whether a leisurely stroll through the old town, a walk along the Rhine or a ride on the cable car – Koblenz offers many possibilities for a nice day trip. ## 🛒 Everything important is close by There is also excellent provision for daily shopping. **Lidl, Aldi and dm** are about **5 minutes away on foot**. The property also has **good access to public transport**, so trips without a car are also possible.
