Enjoy your stay :) The space Located on the top floor of a small building (two storeys), this bright and very clean flat offers a peaceful setting with no opposite neighbours, and only one neighbour to the right, being a corner flat. **The entire flat is fully air-conditioned** for your comfort. - The terrace with sea view is protected by a tiled roof to prevent excessive heat, which is also an advantage for the bedroom balcony. - The sea view is splendid. - The swimming pool is the largest in Cannes, open from 15/04 to 05/11. Correct swimming attire is required. - From 01/04 to 30/06 and from 26/08 to 05/11, deckchairs are available free of charge. - From 01/07 to 25/08, deckchairs are available at a charge of €4 per half-day (subject to availability).
